विषय – गैर- सरकारी निदेशकों (स्वतंत्र निदेशकों) की नियक्ति – सेबी (एलओडीआर) विनियम 2015 का विनियम 30 (2)। Sub: Appointment of Non-official Directors (Independent Directors) -Regulation 30(2) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015.

सेबी (एलओडीआर) विनियम, 2015 के विनियम 30(2) के तारतम्य में, आपको सुचित किया जाता है कि रक्षा मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार ने अपने पत्र संख्या डीडीपी-ई00 32/1/2020-डी (बीईएल) दिनांक 23 दिसंबर, 2021 द्वारा निम्नलिखित पांच गैर-सरकारी निदेशकों (स्वतंत्र निदेशकों) को बीईएल के बोर्ड में नियुक्त किया है। इस संबंध में, निदेशक मंडल ने दिनांक 29.12.2021 के अपने परिपत्र संकल्प के माध्यम से 28 दिसंबर, 2021 से अतिरिक्त निदेशक के रूप में पांच गैर-सरकारी निदेशकों (स्वतंत्र निदेशकों) की नियक्ति को मंजरी दी है।

Pursuant to Regulation 30(2) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 we wish to inform that Ministry of Defence, Government of India vide its letter no.DDP-E00 32/1/2020-D(BEL) dated 23^rd December, 2021 appointed following five Non-official Directors (Independent Directors) on the Board of BEL. In this regard, the Board of Directors approved the appointment of five Non-official Directors (Independent Directors) as Additional Directors w.e.f 28^th December, 2021 vide its circular resolution dated 29.12.2021.

51 वर्षीय डॉ. पार्थसारथी पी वी (डीआईएन -06400408) दंतरोग विज्ञान में स्नातकोत्तर हैं और पार्थ डेंटल केयर इंडिया प्रा. लि. और पार्थ कॉस्मेटोलॉजी प्रा. लि., हैदराबाद के प्रबंध निदेशक हैं। वे पीडियाटिक डेन्टिस्ट्री में पेशेवर विशेषज्ञ हैं और उन्हें इस क्षेत्र का लगभग 15 वर्षों का पेशेवर अनभव है।

61 वर्षीय श्री मनसुखभाई शामजीबाई खाचरिया (डीआईएन - 01423119) विज्ञान स्नातक हैं और राजकोट, गुजरात के कारोबारी उद्यमी हैं। वे वर्तमान में भाजपा राजकोट के जिला अध्यक्ष हैं। वे क्लासिक कॉटन प्रा. लि.. राजकोट के मंडल में भी निदेशक हैं।

58 वर्षीय डॉ संतोषकुमार एन (डीआईएन - 09451052) प्रौद्योगिकी में स्नातकोत्तर (मेकेनिकल इंजीनियरी में एम.टेक) और डॉक्टरेट (मेकेनिकल इंजीनियरी में पीएच.डी.) हैं और उन्हें इंजीनियरी, अनुसंधान व प्रशासन के क्षेत्र में लगभग 34 वर्षों का दीर्घ अनुभव है। वे वर्ष 2020 में एनएसएस कॉलेज ऑफ इंजीनियरी, पालक्काड, केरल के प्रोफेसर और डीन (यू.जी.) के पद पर सेवानिवत्त हुए। वर्तमान में वे केरल सेंट्रल यूनिवर्सिटी के कुलसचिव हैं।

64 वर्षीय श्री प्रफुल्ल कुमार चौधुरी (डीआईएन - 00871919) सनदी लेखाकार हैं और के.डी. लथ एंड कं., भुबनेश्वर, ओड़ीशा में साझेदार हैं और उन्हें लेखा परीक्षा, कराधान, वित्तीय सेवा, कंपनी विधि के मामलों, सोसाइटियों और ट्रस्टों आदि के क्षेत्रों में 35 वर्षों से अधिक का व्यापक पेशेवर अनुभव है।

64 वर्षीय डॉ शिव नाथ यादव (डीआईएन - 09450917)कला, विधि में स्नातकोत्तर तथा डॉक्टरेट (पीएच.डी.) हैं और डीएवी डिग्री कॉलेज के सेवानिवृत्त प्रोफेसर हैं और वाराणसी. भारत में रहते हैं।

Dr. Dr. Parthasarathi ^{P V} (DIN:06400408 )aged ⁵¹ years holds ^a Post Graduate Degree in Dental Sciences and is the Managing Director of Partha Dental Care India Pvt. Ltd & Partha Cosmetology Pvt. Ltd., Hyderabad. He is ^a practicing specialist Dental Surgeon in Paediatric Dentistry and has around ¹⁵ years professional experience in the field.

Shri. Mansukhbhai Shamjibhai Khachariya (DIN: 01423119) aged ⁶¹ years is ^a Science Graduate and is ^a business entrepreneur in Rajkot, Gujarat. He is presently holding the post of BJP Rajkot District President. He is also ^a Director on the Board of Classic Cotton Pvt. Ltd, Rajkot.

Dr. Santhoshkumar ^N (DIN: 09451052)aged ⁵⁸ years holds ^a Degree in Master of Technology (M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering) and Doctorate (PHD in Mechanical Engineering) and has ^a rich experience of around ³⁴ years in the Engineering, Research & Administration fields. He retired as professor & Dean (UG) at NSS College of Engineering, Palakkad, Kerala in 2020. Presently, is he associated as Registrar with the Central University of Kerala.
