We wish to inform you that as per Regulation 30 and 43 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 the Board of Directors in its meeting held on Friday, the 12" day of March, 2021 approved payment of Interim Dividend for the Financial Year 2020-21 @ Rs. 6.70/- per share of the face value of Rs. 10/ each.

1. The record date for payment of above Interim dividend will remain same as intimated earlier vide letter BDL/CS/2021/SE-09 dt 01 March 2021 i.e. 20 March, 2021 as "Record Date".

2. The date of payment of Interim Dividend for F.Y 2020-21 will be completed on and before 10.04.2021.
