In terms of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform that BDL recorded a turnover of Rs.2350 Crore approx. (provisional and unaudited) for the financial year ended on March 31, 2024 (corresponding figure for the previous year was Rs.2489.39 crore).

1. The reasons for reduction in turnover is mainly on account of current Geopolitical situation prevailing in Europe and Middle East which has affected the supply chain of the company.

2. The order book position (provisional and unaudited) of the company as on 01 April 2024 is Rs.19468 Crore.
