Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 (as amended), we would like to inform that Cmde. A. Madhavarao (Retd.), Chairman and Managing Director, has been superannuated on 30 April 2026 (after closing of office hours). Accordingly, his tenure as Chairman and Managing Director on the Board of BDL has been completed up on his superannuation. Further, Ministry of Defence, Government of India vide letter No. DDP M0001(24)/1/2026- D(BDL) dated 26.04.2026, has assigned the additional charge of the post of Chairman and Managing Director to Shri D. V. Srinivas Rao, Director (Technical) for a period of three months reckoning from date of vacancy i.e. 01 May 2026 to 31 July 2026, or till the assumption of charge by regular incumbent or until further orders, whichever is earliest.
