In continuation to our letter dt. 08 Feb 2024 on the above subject, we would like to inform that today the company has received letter from Ministry of Defence, Government of India (letter No. DDP M0001(11)/3/2019- D(BDL) dated 19.04.2024) extending the additional charge of the post of Director (Finance) to Cmde. A. Madhavarao, CMD (DIN 09808949), for another period of 3 months i.e. from 01.05.2024 to 31.07.2024 or till the appointment of regular incumbent, or until further orders whichever is earlier.
Cmde. A. Madhavarao, CMD is not having any inter-se relationship with any other Directors & Key managerial personnel of the company.
