Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 (as amended), we would like to inform that Ministry of Defence, Government of India vide letter No. 8(32)/2019-D (Coord/ DDP) dated 14 August 2024 conveyed the approval of the Competent Authority for the appointment of Shri Amit Satija, Joint Secretary as Part-Time Official Director (i.e., Government Director) on the Board of BDL in place of Shri Anurag Bajpai, Additional Secretary (DP).
