Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 (as amended), we would like to inform that Ministry of Defence, Government of India vide letter No.M0001(11)/2/2022- D(BDL) dated 04.08.2023 has assigned the additional charge of the post of Director (Production) to Cmde. A. Madhavarao, CMD (DIN 09808949), for a period of 3 months (to be reckoned from the date of vacancy i.e. 01.07.2023).

Further the Ministry of Defence, Government of India vide letter No. M0001(11)/4/2021D(BDL) dated 04.08.2023 has assigned the additional charge of the post of Director (Technical) to Shri N. Srinivasulu, Director (Finance) (DIN 08744682), for a period of 03 months w.e.f. the date of the vacancy i.e., 19.07.2023 (with ex-post facto effect) or till the regular incumbent join the post, or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
