Sub.: Intimation of Board Meeting and closure of Trading Window

In terms of Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘the Listing Regulations’), Notice is hereby given that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, February 04, 2025 , through audio-visual means, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company, for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2024

In view of the foregoing and in terms of Company’s “Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading”, by Designated Persons and immediate relatives of Designated Persons, framed under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (including amendments) , this is to inform you that the “Trading Window” for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all “Designated Persons” and their immediate relatives (as defined in the Code), from January 01, 2025, to February 06, 2025 (both days inclusive) .

Accordingly, all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives are not allowed to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of the Closure of Trading Window.
