Pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 as amended, please be informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, 12th October, 2021 at Mumbai through video conferencing, inter alia:

- To consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2021 and
-
- To consider declaration of Interim Dividend for the Financial Year 2021-22.
Further, as informed vide our letter ref. no. BEPL/SEC/2021/ 122 dated 30th September, 2021 , the trading window for dealing in the Company's Equity shares by the designated persons and/ or their immediate relatives has already been closed w.e.f. 1st October, 2021 and that the same shall open on 18th October, 2021.
