Dear Sir /Madam,

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations, we wish to inform you that in view of the outbreak of Corona virus (COVID-19) pandemic in the Country, the Company has taken various initiatives to ensure well-being and safety of employees at all levels, including adopting the policy of ‘Work from home’ to restrict movement and as a preventive measure, vaccinating all employees for Influenza (commonly known as " the flu ") to minimize the risk and restrain the spread of COVID-19.

Further, the Company has already complied with the necessary directives / orders issued by the Central Government, the State Government and local authorities. Given the uncertainty around the situation, it would be difficult to ascertain the impact of COVID-19 on the business operations of the Company at this point of time.

The Company is closely monitoring the situation and will comply with all the directives / orders issued by the Central Government and State Government in this regard, from time to time.
