We have examined the Share Transfer Deeds, Memorandum of Transfers, Registers, files and other documents relating to Bhansali Engineering .Polymers Limited ("the Company'') maintained by Link lntime India Private Limited (herein after referred to as "the Registrar & Share Transfer Agents" or '(the RTA") pertaining to transfer of Equity Shares of the Company /OT the period from 151 *April, 2019 to 30"*1 September, 2019 for the purpose of issuing a 'Certificate as per Regulation 40(9) of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and based on the informatio1! provided by the RTA, we hereby certify that during half year ended on 301 1t September, 2019;
- The Company has issued Share Certificates relating to the Share Transfer Deeds re-lodged during the period from l•t April, 2019 to 301h September, 2.019 within thirty days as per Regulation 40(9) of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements)· Regulations, 2015 except in 2 cases which were received prior to 181 April, 2019 and in respect of which the RTA was required to follow the procedure/documentation as prescribed under Clause 2{ c) of the standardised norms for transfer of securities in physical mode issued vide SEBI Circular dated 6th November2018;
- The Company and/or RTA have not received any requests for subdivision, consolidation, renewal, exchange or endo.rsement of calls/allotment monies.
