Publication of BFF Bank S.p.A.'s subsidiaries 2020 annual reports

Milan, 10th March 2021 - BFF Banking Group informs that today the annual reports as of 31 st December 2020 of the Bank's subsidiaries have been made available to the public at the registered office of the Parent Company BFF Bank S.p.A. (the "Bank") in Milan – Via Domenichino n. 5 in compliance with the regulatory legislation in force.

The consultation, after written request to investor.relations@bff.com, will be allowed in compliance with the current legislation to prevent the risks arising from the COVID-19 epidemiological emergency currently underway.
