Publication of additional documents related to the Ordinary and Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting of 18th April 2024
Milan, 8 th March 2024 – BFF Bank S.p.A. ("BFF" or the "Bank") informs that today the following documents related to the Bank's Shareholders' Meeting (the "AGM") to be held on 18th April 2024 have been made available to the public at the Bank's registered office in Milan - Via Domenichino No. 5, on the authorized storage mechanism , as well as in the section Investors > Governance > Shareholders' Meetings Documentation of BFF's website:
- With regard to item 1 on the Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting agenda, the Explanatory Report prepared pursuant to Article 125-ter of the Consolidated Law on Finance, on the approval of the proposed amendments to Articles 15, 18, 20 and 25 of the Articles of Association;
- With regard to item 6 on the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting agenda, the Explanatory Report on the authorisation to purchase and dispose of treasury shares, pursuant to Articles 2357 and 2357-ter of the Italian Civil Code, Article 132 of the Consolidated Law on Finance, and Article 144-bis of the Issuers' Regulations approved by CONSOB with resolution No. 11971/1999.
