Errata Corrige – Notice of Shareholders' Meeting

Milan, 15 th March 2024 – BFF Bank S.p.A. ("BFF" or the "Bank") informs that there is a material error in the courtesy translation in English of the Notice of the Ordinary and Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting of the Bank, published on 7th March 2024. The date of the convocation of the Shareholders' Meeting is 18th April 2024 (not 25th March 2021, as indicated on page 1 in the courtesy translation in English) as correctly reported in the Italian version.
