Publication of the minutes of the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting of 31th March 2022.

Milano, 14th march 2022 – BFF Banking Group informs that, today, the minutes of the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting held on 31st March 2022, have been made available to the public at the BFF Bank S.p.A. registered office in Milan – Via Domenichino n° 5, on the authorized storage mechanism , and on BFF's website at www.bff.com (Investor > Governance > Meeting Documents section). The minutes were filed with the Companies' Registration List of Milan, Monza-Brianza and Lodi on 13th April 2022.
