BF INTERNATIONAL BEST FIELDS BEST FOOD LIMITED, SOCIETA' CONTROLLATA DA B.F. S.P.A., SOTTOSCRIVE IL MEMORANDUM PER L'AVVIO DI UNA COLLABORAZIONE STRATEGICA NEL SETTORE AGRICOLO IN KAZAKISTAN

Roma, 18 gennaio 2024 - B.F. S.p.A. ("BF") rende noto che in data odierna alla presenza del Ministro dell'Agricoltura della Repubblica del Kazakistan, Saparov Aidarbek Seipellovich, è stato sottoscritto tra BF International Best Fields Best Food Limited ("BFI"), rappresentata dall'Amministratore Federico Vecchioni, e Agrofirma TNK LLP ("Agrofirma TNK"), rappresentata dal delegato del General Director Batyrbeck Ualiev, il Memorandum per l'avvio di una partnership strategica destinata allo sviluppo del settore agricolo in Kazakistan.

Agrofirma TNK, azienda leader nel settore agricolo in Kazakistan, con circa 400.000,00 ettari di terreni nella Regione di Akmola, e BFI hanno quindi avviato le attività per dar corso ad una partnership con l'obiettivo di sviluppare il settore agroalimentare in Kazakistan utilizzando le reciproche esperienze e, in particolare, il know-how del Gruppo BF in materia di gestione del processo di coltivazione e di semina, anche con l'impiego delle tecniche di agricoltura di precisione, nonché la realizzazione di progetti di filiera che prevedano investimenti nel settore agroindustriale così da favorire anche la produzione e distribuzione dei prodotti agricoli del Kazakistan nel mercato internazionale.

La partnership in Kazakistan rappresenta un ulteriore passo verso la realizzazione del progetto di sviluppo internazionale del Gruppo BF.

Rome, 18 January 2024 - B.F. S.p.A. ("BF") announces that today, in the presence of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Aidarbek Seipellovich Saparov, a Memorandum of cooperation was signed between BF International Best Fields Best Food Limited ("BFI"), represented by the CEO Federico Vecchioni, and Agrofirma TNK LLP ("Agrofirma TNK"), represented by the Deputy of the General Director Batyrbeck Ualiev, to begin a strategic partnership aimed at the development of the agricultural sector in Kazakhstan.

Agrofirma TNK, a leading company in the Kazakh agricultural sector, with about 400,000.00 hectares of land in the Akmola Region, and BFI have therefore started the

partnership with the aim of developing the agri-food sector in Kazakhstan by using the mutual experience and, in particular, the know-how of BF Group in the field of cultivation and sowing process management, also with the use of precision farming techniques, and to manage the whole production chain, from the sowing to the transformation and sale so as to also favour the distribution of Kazakhstan's agricultural products in the international market.

The partnership in Kazakhstan represents a further step towards the realisation of the BF Group's international development project.

("BF") сообщает, что сегодня в присутствии Министра сельского хозяйства Республики Казахстан Айдарбека Сейпеловича Сапарова был подписан Меморандум о сотрудничестве между BF International Best Fields Best Food Limited ("BFI"), в лице исполнительного директора Федерико Веккиони, и ТОО "Агрофирма ТНК" ("Агрофирма ТНК"), в лице заместителя генерального директора Батырбека Уалиeва, о начале стратегического партнерства, направленного на развитие сельскохозяйственного сектора в Казахстане.

Агрофирма ТНК, ведущая компания в сельскохозяйственной области Республики Казахстан, имеющая около 400 000,00 га земли в Акмолинской области, и BFI начали деятельность по созданию партнерства с целью развития агро-продовольственного сектора в Казахстане путем использования взаимного опыта и, в частности, ноу-хау Группы BF в области управления процессом выращивания и посева, с использованием методов точного земледелия (т.н. Precision farming), а также в организации целой агропромышленной цепочки от производства до переработки и продажи, с целью распространения казахстанской сельскохозяйственной продукции на международном рынке.

Партнерство в Казахстане представляет собой еще один шаг на пути международного развития BF Group.
