Please refer to our letter no. BFUUNSE/BSE of even date submittfng therewith the_ Unaudited (reviewed) Standalone Financial Results for the quarter ended 31/12/2020. ·

We ' have today filed the above standalone results alongwith the Limited Review report of the auditors thereon.

This is further to inform you that the managements of our subsidiaries, are still in the process of finalising their quarterly financial results for the quarter ended 31/12/2020 and review thereof by their auditors and therefore have not shared with us these results.

Due to these reasons, we are not in a position to complete the consolidation of the _ accounts of subsidiaries with that of BF Utilities for the quarter ended 31/12/2020 and the review thereof. •

In view_ of the facts explained above, BF Utilities is not able to submit th_e reviewed consolidated financial results for the quarter ended 31/12/2020.

BF Utilities will submit the aforesaid consolidated financial results after the reviewed financial results of · the aforesaid subsidiaries are made available to us by the · management of these subsidiaries.
