Bezant (AIM: BZT), the copper-gold exploration and development company, in conformity with the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules ("DTRs") of the Financial Conduct Authority ("FCA"), announces:

As at the date of this announcemet the Company's issued share capital consists of 3,813,764,115 ordinary shares of 0.002p each with voting rights (the "Ordinary Shares"). The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury and accordingly the total number of Ordinary Shares in the Company with voting rights is 3,813,764,115.

The above mentioned figure of 3,813,764,115 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Bezant under the FCA's DTRs.
