Ramon Mohanlal M.D., Ph.D. has left BeyondSpring Inc. (the “Company”) and stopped serving as the Chief Medical Officer and Executive Vice President of Research and Development of the Company and on the Company’s Board of Directors (the “Board”), effective February 16, 2023. Dr. Mohanlal’s departure is not the result of any disagreement with the Company or the Board on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
