Extraordinary General Meeting Results

On March 15, 2020, BeyondSpring Inc. (the “Company”) held an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders (the “EGM”). The proposal for approving the amendment to the BeyondSpring Inc. 2017 Omnibus Incentive Plan, as amended and restated effective September 18, 2020, to permit the grant of “incentive stock options,” was approved as originally proposed. The proposal is described in the Company’s proxy statement for the EGM.
