CONTENTS

Richard A. Brand resigned as Chief Financial Officer of BeyondSpring Inc. (the “Company”), effective as of February 20, 2018. Mr. Brand’s departure is not the result of any disagreement with the Company or the Company’s Board of Directors on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices. Amy Yang will continue to serve as the Company’s Controller while acting as the Company’s interim Chief Financial Officer until a new Chief Financial Officer is selected. The Company is in the process of evaluating candidates for the Chief Financial Officer position.
