Payment of Cash Dividend

Beximco Pharmaceuticals Limited ("Beximco Pharma", "BPL" or "the Company"; AIM Symbol: BXP, LEI No.:213800IMBBD6TIOQGB56), the fast-growing manufacturer of generic pharmaceutical products and active pharmaceutical ingredients, today announces that the 15% cash dividend of the nominal value per ordinary share/GDR (Taka 1.50 per ordinary share/GDR) for the year ended 30 June 2019, which was approved in the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held on 21 December 2019, has been deposited with the custodian bank in Dhaka on 19 January 2020 for onward credit to respective GDR holders' accounts.
