regarding the issuance of 32,070,000 consideration shares to HAAS AS as partial

settlement for BEWI's acquisition of 100 per cent of the shares in Jackon

Holding AS.

The share capital increase pertaining to the issuance of the new shares has been

registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises.
