Reference is made to the stock exchange notice by BEWI ASA on 6 May 2021

regarding the successful completion of a private placement consisting of an

issuance of 7,067,138 new shares in the Company raising gross proceeds of NOK

200 million (the "Primary Shares") and the sale of existing shares for up to NOK

50 million by funds advised by the Verdane Group.

The share capital increase pertaining to the Primary Shares has now been

registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises.

Number of shares (new): 155,478,012
