Reference is made to the stock exchange notice by BEWi ASA on 9 December 2020 regarding the successful completion of an initial public offering of 895,774 new shares through a retail offering and an employee offering, raising gross proceeds of approximately NOK 17 million.

The share capital increase pertaining to the retail offering, consisting of an issue of 476,191 new shares raising gross proceeds of approximately NOK 10 million, has been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises:
