Reference is made to the stock exchange notice by BEWi ASA on 9 December 2020 regarding the successful completion of an initial public offering of 895,774 new shares through a retail offering and an employee offering, raising gross proceeds of approximately NOK 17 million.

Further to the registration with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises (the "NRBE") of the share capital increase pertaining to the retail offering on 15 December 2020, the share capital increase related to the employee offering of 419,583 new shares has now been registered with the NRBE:

Share capital (new): NOK 148,410,874

Number of shares (new): 148,410,874

Par value of each share: NOK 1
