BEWI ASA announces publication of bond prospectus

On 25 August 2021, BEWI ASA ("BEWI") announced that it placed senior unsecured
floating rate sustainability-linked bonds in an aggregate amount of up to EUR
160,000,000 under a framework of EUR 250,000,000 (ISIN: SE0016276398).
The board of directors of BEWI has prepared a prospectus in connection to the
issue of bonds. The prospectus has been approved and registered by the Swedish
Financial Supervisory Authority (Sw. Finansinspektionen). The first day of
trading on Nasdaq Stockholm is expected to be on 28 October 2021.
The prospectus is available on BEWI's website www.bewi.com (under
Investors/Financing) and on the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority's
website www.fi.se and further upon request at the office of BEWI Group at
Gårdsvägen 16, SE-169 70, Solna.
