BEWI ASA announces publication of bond prospectus

On 8 November 2021, BEWI ASA ("BEWI") announced successful placement of

subsequent bonds under existing sustainability-linked bond framework. The

company carried out a EUR 90 million tap issue under the existing EUR 250

million framework with maturity in September 2026 (ISIN: SE0016276398) (the

"Bonds"). The new outstanding amount under the Bonds will be EUR 250 million.

The board of directors of BEWI has prepared a prospectus in connection to the

issue of bonds. The prospectus has been approved and registered by the Swedish

Financial Supervisory Authority (Sw. Finansinspektionen). The first day of

trading for the new bonds on Nasdaq Stockholm is expected to be on 23 December
