On 21.08.2025 BEWI ASA (ticker BEWI (the "Company") placed a private placement of 44,800,000 new shares, whereby TIND Asset Management AS (org.no 930961469) (“TIND”) was allocated 4,618,645 shares in Tranche 1. As a consequence, TIND (the "Manager") crossed the disclosure threshold of 5% of the shares and votes in the Company.
