BEWI - Mandatory notification of trades

Andreas Akselsen, director of the board of BEWI ASA and defined as a person

discharging managerial responsibilities (PDMR), has on 30 August 2024 purchased

300 000 shares at an average price of NOK 28.10 per share through the investment

company HAAS AS.

Furthermore, HAAS AS, has on the same date, agreed to award the same number of

shares (300 000) to a few key employees of the former Jackon Group. The shares

are expected to be transferred to the given employees within the next couple of

weeks.
