BEWI - Mandatory notification of trades

Petra Brantmark, general counsel of BEWI ASA and defined as a person discharging

managerial responsibilities (PDMR), has today purchased 1,700 shares at NOK

58.20 per share.

Further, Peder Engberg, closely associated with Petra Brantmark, has purchased a

total of 4,868 shares at an average of NOK 59.64 per share. The shares are

purchased through Engberg's wholly owned company Meadowmountain AB.
