Rik Dobbelaere, member of the board of directors of BEWiSynbra Group AB and primary insider of BEWi ASA, has purchased shares in BEWi ASA as follows: 18 497 shares were purchased on 23 December at an average price of NOK 21.72 and 20 000 shares were purchased on 29 December at an average price of NOK 22.39.

Following the transactions, Rik Dobbelaere holds 98 497 shares in BEWi ASA.
