Pursuant to Section 30 of the Danish Capital Markets Act, Better Collective A/S hereby announces that BLS Capital Fondsmæglerselskab A/S has notified Better Collective A/S that, as of 26 September 2025, BLS Capital Fondsmæglerselskab A/S holds 9.172.586 voting rights in Better Collective A/S, corresponding to 14,8% of the total voting rights in Better Collective A/S. As a result, BLS Capital Fondsmæglerselskab A/S has flagged below the 15% threshold.
