Changes in the number of shares and votes in Betsson AB (publ)

As at 18 June 2020, the total number of shares in BetssonAB (publ) (the "Company") amounts to 288,986,476 shares, divided into: 31,822,000 class A shares; 245,009,460 class B shares and 12,155,016 class C shares. The total number of votes in the Company as at 18 June 2020 amounts to 575,384,476.

At the Annual General Meeting held on 11 June 2020, one of the Company's resolved resolutions was to carry out an automatic share redemption scheme by increasing the number of shares and votes in a share split (2:1). The number of shares and votes will be restored after the redemption is completed in July 2020.
