Changes in the number of shares and votes in Betsson AB

As of 31 October 2024, the total number of shares in Betsson AB (publ) (the "Company") amounts to 142,729,838 and the total number of votes amounts to 278,035,838. These are divided into 15,034,000 class A shares equaling 150,340,000 votes, 123,448,405 class B shares carrying the same number of votes and 4,247,433 class C shares carrying the same number of votes.

The background for the change in the number of shares and votes is the completion of the second automatic share redemption program in October that was resolved by the Annual General Meeting held on 7 May 2024.
