CHANGES IN THE NUMBER OF SHARES AND VOTES IN BETSSON AB (PUBL)

As of 31 May 2021, the total number of shares in Betsson AB (publ) (the "Company") amounts to 281 145 568 shares, divided into: 31 822 000 class A shares; 243 246 060 class B shares and 6 077 508 class C shares. The total number of votes in the Company as of 31 May 2021 amounts to 567 543 568.

At the Annual General Meeting held on 5 May 2021, one of the Company's resolved resolutions was to carry out an automatic share redemption scheme by adjusting the number of shares and votes in a share split (2:1). After this, Betsson's redemption shares held by the Company itself have been liquidated. The number of shares and votes will be restored after the redemption is completed in June 2021.
