Changes in the management board
Düsseldorf, 21 May 2025
The current sole member of the management board ( Vorstand ) of bet-at-home.com AG (hereinafter also referred to as the “Company” ), Mr. Marco Falchetto, has – as provided in his service agreement – resigned from office as a member of the management board with effect to the end of 31.05.2025 and he will therefore leave the management board on this date. Today, the supervisory board has appointed Mr. Claus Retschitzegger as the successor of Mr. Falchetto. Mr. Retschitzegger has been working for the bet-at-home.com Group since 2007. Prior to his appointment to the management board, he was Director Legal, Public Affairs and Corporate Communications at the bet-at-home.com Group.
