Be Think Solve Execute S.p.A., listed on the STAR Segment of Borsa Italiana S.p.A., gives notice that the Ordinary Shareolders' Meeting for the approval of the Financial Statements as of December 31, 2017, initially scheduled on first call on April 23, 2018 and on second call on April 24, 2018, has been postponed to April 24, 2018 on first call and to April 26, 2018 on second call.
