The Board of Directors' Meeting of Be Think, Solve, Execute S.p.A. (Be or the Company), listed on the STAR Segment of Borsa Italiana S.p.A., convened on December 21, 2017 at the Company registered office of Milan and approved the calendar of Corporate events for 2018.
