Be Think, Solve, Execute S.p.A., (the Company) informs that the candidates lists for the appointment of the new Board members of the Company are available to the public at the Company's registered office, on the authorized storage mechanism NIS/Storage at , on the website of Borsa Italiana S.p.A. at www.borsaitaliana.it and on the website of the Company at www.be-tse.it.
The candidates lists, together with related documentation, will be submitted to the Company Shareholders' meeting convened at the Company's offices in Rome, Viale dell'Esperanto 71, on April 22, 2020 on first call and, if necessary, on April 23, 2020, on second call.
