Effectiveness of the change of company name to Be Shaping The Future S.p.A.
Please note that the resolution passed unanimously by the Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting of Be Think, Solve, Execute S.p.A. on 22 April 2020 concerning the changes to the articles of association relating to the change of the company name was registered on 13 May 2020 with the competent Companies' Register in Rome.
As a result of the above, the new company name of "Be Shaping The Future S.p.A." takes effect.
The relevant minutes of the Shareholders' Meeting and the new Articles of Association (with evidence of the changes made) will be made available in the manner and within the time limits provided for by the applicable regulations.
