Lists for appointing the Board of Statutory Auditors of Be Think, Solve, Execute S.p.A.

Be Think, Solve, Execute S.p.A. (the Company) confirms that only one list has been filed for the appointment of the Board of Company Statutory Auditors, presented by the shareholder iFuture Power in Action S.r.l.. The List will be submitted to the next Shareholders' Meeting, convened at the offices of the Company in Milan, Piazza Affari no. 2, for April 24, 2018 10:00 am on first call and, if necessary, on April 26, 2018, on second call, same time and place.
