Be Think Solve Execute S.p.A. gives notice that the meeting of the Board of Directors for the approval of the Interim Financial Reports as at June 30, 2017, already scheduled on August 3, 2017 has been anticipated to August 2, 2017.

Herein below the updated Corporate Events Calendar is provided:

• Wednesday August 2, 2017 meeting of the Board of Directors for the approval of the Interim Financial Reports as at June 30, 2017;
• Thursday November 9, 2017 meeting of the Board of Directors for the approval of the Interim Financial Reports as at September 30, 2017.
