Be: Presentation of the proposals for the deliberation of Tamburi Investment Partners S.p.A.
Be Think, Solve, Execute S.p.A. (the Company) announces that today the shareholder Tamburi Investment Partners S.p.A. has filed the resolution proposals with reference to item 4 of the agenda of the Company's ordinary part of the Shareholders' Meeting, convened for 22 April 2020 at 10.00 a.m., at the Company's registered office in Rome, Viale dell'Esperanto n. 71, on first call, and on 23 April 2020, at the same time and place, on second call, containing: "Appointment of the Board of Directors of the Company, after determining the number of its members; determination of the duration and related compensation; related and consequent resolutions".
The proposed resolutions are available to the public on the Company's website www.be-tse.it (Investors section – Governance System – Shareholders' Meetings) and at the centralized storage mechanism called "eMarket STORAGE", available .
