"Be" acquires OSS Unternehmensberatung AG as a starting point to penetrate the Swiss market

Rome, August 31 2015

The Be Group extends growth strategy to Switzerland. In August, the company has acquired 100% share capital of OSS Unternehmensberatung AG. Based in the Zurich area, OSS focus on providing IT Consulting services to the financial services industry, with revenues of 765.000 CHF and EBITDA of 90.000 CHFin 2014.

Although OSS is not a large player, this acquisition allows us to consolidate our presence in one of the most important European markets for financial services – says Andrea Angrisani, Responsible for DACH Region at the Be Group. This deal is part of our 2015-2017 pan-European development strategy, which aims at creating one of the leading players to provide IT Consulting to the financial services industry at international level. For this reason, the acquisition of OSS – which is a listed supplier of some primary Swiss financial players – will accelerate our growth in that specific market.

The purchase price was set at 226.886 CHF, also based on the fact that OSS had 196.886 CHF free cash at the date of acquisition. In the next weeks, OSS will be merged with the pre-existing subsidiary of the Be Group in Switzerland (i.e. targit Switzerland) to create Be TSE Switzerland.
