Be: verified the criteria of independence for the newly elected Director Claudio Calabi

The Board of Directors of Be Think, Solve, Execute S.p.A. (the Company), which convened today, examined and assessed the declarations for the status of independent director issued by the newly elected Director Claudio Roberto Calabi, appointed by resolution of the ordinary Shareholders' Meeting held on 26 April 2018. From such an assessment, Mr. Calabi resulted to own the criteria of independence pursuant to Article 148, paragraph 3, of Legislative Decree of 24 February 1998 and Article 3 of the Corporate Governance Code for listed companies, from Borsa Italiana S.p.A.

In the same session, the Board also proceeded to reinstate the Control and Risk Committee, appointing Mr. Calabi as a member of the same Committee.
