Be: Deposit of the lists aimed to appoint the new Board members for the Shareholders meeting of 26 April 2017

Be Think, Solve, Execute S.p.A., (the Company) makes known that the lists of candidates for the appointment of the new Board members of the Company are available to the public at the registered office of the Company, on the authorized storage mechanism NIS/Storage at , on the website of Borsa Italiana S.p.A. at www.borsaitaliana.it and on the website of the Company at www.be-tse.it. Such lists, including the relevant documentation, will be submitted to the Company Shareholders' meeting wich will be held on April 26, 2017 on first call and, if necessary, on April 27, 2017 on second call.
