Be: Presentation of the proposed resolutions of Tamburi Investment Partners S.p.A.
Be Shaping the Future S.p.A. (Be or the Company) hereby announces that today the shareholder Tamburi Investment Partners S.p.A. filed the resolution proposals with reference to item 4 on the agenda of the ordinary shareholders' meeting of Be to be held by video conference on 22 April 2021 at 10:00 a.m. on first call and, if necessary, on 23 April 2021 on second call, at the same time and manner, concerning the "Appointment of the Board of Statutory Auditors of the Company; determination of the duration and of the related remuneration; related and consequent resolutions".
The resolution proposals are available to the public on the Company's website www.be-tse.it (Investors - Governance System - Shareholders' Meetings section) as well as at the centralised storage mechanism called "eMarket STORAGE", available at .
