Türk Ticaret Kanunu'nun 519 maddesi hükmü uyarınca, Vergi Usul Kanunu hükümlerine göre hesaplanan 4.067.731,63 TL dönem net kârının %5'i oranında, 203.386,58 TL tutarın 1. Tertip Yasal Yedek Akçe ayrılmasına,

Yasal kayıtlarımızdaki 2018 yılı karından 1.Tertip Yasal Yedek ayrılması sonrası kalan tutar olan 3.864.345,05 TL'nin Olağanüstü Yedeklere atılması ve 01.01.2018 - 31.12.2018 hesap dönemine ilişkin olarak herhangi bir kâr dağıtımı yapılamayacağı kararı pay sahipleri bilgilendirilmek suretiyle Genel Kurul'un onayına sunulmasına Oy Birliği ile karar verilmiştir.
