The Company announces that on 11 December 2025 it purchased for cancellation 55,374 of its ordinary shares of 5.6110477936 pence each ("Shares") through Barclays Bank plc, in accordance with the authority granted by shareholders at the Company's Annual General Meeting on 5 September 2025.
